Perennial International was established in August 1999 in a joint venture between Perennial Investment Partners Limited and Perennial International investment staff.Perennial International is a specialist boutique active global equities investment manager employing a bottom-up stock selection process.
Perennial International seeks to identify quality companies with sustainable long-term growth prospects at reasonable valuations. Perennial International has the underlying belief that these companies will show consistent earnings growth and eventually be positively revalued by the market.

Investment Philosophy
Perennial International is a specialist active global equities investment manager. Perennial International holds the belief that investment markets are not fully efficient as asset prices are sometimes driven by irrational influences. This situation creates an opportunity for active, experienced investors, operating within a structured approach, to add value.
Perennial International aims to invest in quality companies with good growth prospects at reasonable valuations. Perennial International believes that a disciplined stocks selection process combined with strong fundamental and internally developed research provides the foundation for achieving good performance for our clients.
Stock Selection Process
Perennial International's investment process begins with the screening of their investment universe of over 15,000 stocks. Many of these stocks are actively researched by the team through a bottom up fundamental stock picking process. Perennial International screens consider a range of quality, growth and valuation factors in order to identify financially sound businesses that are currently undervalued. Our preliminary screening is quite rigorous. This includes screening based on P/E, EBITDA, debt levels and revenue multiples.
Qualitative characteristics such as management quality and industry trends are also taken into account.
Each stock is assigned a ranking according to an internally generated modelling process. The outcome of the team's detailed research process is a list of quality companies at discounted valuations that are eligible for inclusion in the portfolio.
The final portfolio is constructed according to a strict risk management and compliance regime. The main driver of Perennial International's portfolio construction process is the team's desire to deliver a portfolio of quality companies at discounted valuations.
